- Complete this sentence… “I’ll never forget my first day at ellenor because…. .it was a full-on day, meeting lots of friendly people who all shared the same goal of raising as much as possible for this incredible charity. Three years on, I’m still here!”
- The strangest thing I’ve ever seen donated to one of our charity shops is… I’m not sure I can say on here, other than a 6ft life sized whoopy cushion outfit.
- Have you ever spotted something in an ellenor shop and thought, “I’m buying that!”? What was it? Believe it or not the puppy carrying sling bag I styled at the start with puppy was from our Swanscombe shop.
- The one thing you’ll always find on my desk is… A can of coca cola
- What’s your favourite way to spend a day off? … ? Spending the day with my wife, son and daughter. A gym session in the morning, followed by a swim, catching up with friends, and finishing the day with a Sunday roast.
- Tell us something your colleagues would be surprised to know about you… I once got cast for a tv show, a few years back in covid so production put on pause. Is that interesting or the fact I used to have hair salons and can cut hair?
- Finish this sentence… “People are always surprised to learn that hospice retail “… is ten times harder than traditional retail, but ten times more rewarding because of the amazing people you meet along the way.
- If you could swap jobs with anyone at ellenor for a day, who would it be and why? Jon – our CEO. I have long term aspirations is to be CEO one day and would love to do so.
