Two Festive Challenges, Twice the Fun!
Rudolph’s Festive Dash – 1km – Starts 9am
Open to all ages, including buggies and wheelchairs. Walk, jog or run your way around the 1km course at your own pace.
Blitzen’s Sleigh Challenge – 2km–5km – Starts 9:30am
Complete between 2 and 5 laps and choose your distance on the day. Whether you walk, jog or run, the choice is yours! Recommended for ages 8 years and over however younger children may take part if they are capable of completing the distance

Babies taking part for free will not receive event kit or a medal.

Your ticket covers the cost of the event, but it’s your fundraising that makes the biggest difference! We’d love everyone taking part to aim to raise £20, helping us provide vital hospice care and support to local families.
When you sign up, you’ll get your own fundraising page to share with friends and family. There’s no minimum to raise, but every pound really does help.

Important information
- Children under 8 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Children aged 8 and over can take part unaccompanied, but a parent or guardian must remain on site at all times.
Rudolph’s Festive Dash is open to all ages and is suitable for buggies and wheelchairs.
Blitzen’s Sleigh Challenge is recommended for participants aged 8 and over however younger participants are welcome if they are capable of running the distance. This route is wheelchair friendly.
All participants enter this event at their own risk and ellenor is not liable for any injury or loss that may occur as a result of participation.
Babies in buggies and carers are free and do not require a ticket however they will not receive reindeer antlers, reindeer nose or a medal.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
The event is non-competitive and there will be no official timed results.
The event is outdoors and may be subject to change, postponement or cancellation if weather or other circumstances make it unsafe to proceed.

Yes. If you’re taking part in Blitzen’s Sleigh Challenge, you can choose to complete between 2 and 5 laps and decide your distance on the day.
No. This is a fun, non-competitive event, so there will be no official timed results.
We encourage everyone to raise a suggested £20 in sponsorship, but there is no minimum fundraising requirement to take part. Each participant will have a fundraising page automatically created for them upon registration. Details on this will be sent to you in your welcome email.

Absolutely! Get creative and show us your best festive outfit. Reindeer, elves, Christmas jumpers and Santa suits are all welcome!
Please make sure costumes and accessories are safe and don’t restrict your vision or movement.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for walking or running outdoors. As this is a December event, make sure you’re prepared for cold or wet weather.
Registration opens from 8:15am. Rudolph’s Festive Dash will start at 9:00am after a fun warm up, Blitzen’s Sleigh Challenge Dash will start at 9:30am after a fun warm up. We recommend arriving with enough time to register, collect your event kit and get ready before the start.
The event is outdoors and will normally go ahead whatever the weather. However, ellenor reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel the event if weather or other circumstances make it unsafe to proceed.
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
Yes. Photography and filming may take place during the event for ellenor’s promotional, marketing and fundraising purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of the ellenor team when you arrive.
Well behaved dogs are permitted at the event, but they must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. Please be considerate of other participants, particularly children and wheelchair users.
