Providing individualised holistic support and specialist care at home to patients and families facing a life-limiting illness.
Our Wellbeing Team offers practical, emotional, and therapeutic support to patients, carers, families, and bereaved people.
We offer a range of therapeutic services and emotional support including bereavement counselling, music and play therapy, and dedicated family support.
We provide care at home children and provide acute oncology care and end of life care to seriously ill children in their own home.

You’re invited to our Lights of Love event. Saturday 6 December at 4pm – 5pm, we would love to see you, in person, at our hospice this December.
