Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists can help you stay mobile, independent, and comfortable.

Whether you want to improve your strength, manage breathlessness, or cope with pain, we’ll work with you to find simple techniques and exercises that make a real difference in daily life.

Occupational Therapy

Daily tasks can become challenging when you’re living with illness. Our occupational therapists help you adapt, so that you can keep doing the things that matter to you.

From equipment and practical tips to new ways of approaching everyday activities, we’re here to support your independence and wellbeing.

Complementary Therapy

Sometimes a gentle touch or soothing scent can ease tension in ways words can’t.

Our complementary therapists offer relaxing treatments like aromatherapy, massage, reflexology, and reiki to help reduce stress and support your overall wellbeing – emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Finance Support

Illness can bring financial worry. Our team can help you understand what assistance you’re entitled to and guide you through disability benefits and blue badges, as well as finance support to help with care, mobility, and living costs.

We also signpost to trusted organisations for legal and financial advice, including help with wills, pensions and debt advice.

Spiritual Care

Understandably, when illness becomes a part of someone’s life, powerful and complex emotions can begin to take over, with many people questioning the purpose or value of their existence.  You also don’t need to be religious to want a moment of reflection, connection, or peace. Our Spiritual Care team offer a listening ear, gentle support, and space to talk about what matters to you, for people of all faith and no faith.  Open to patients, carers, families and bereaved, the team serve as listeners to support those who may be feeling confused or worried about life.  Using our extensive community links, we can also help make contact with local Faith leaders should you require a specific religious ritual or service.

Therapeutic Activity Groups

You don’t have to go through things alone. Our small, friendly groups bring people together to share time, stories, and laughter. Whether you join for art, music, movement, or a cuppa and chat, our groups are a chance to connect, reflect, and recharge.  Check out our weekly timetable to see what we have on offer!
