- I can’t start my day without … being thankful and wondering what the day might bring.
- My life motto is … A smile costs nothing, and I believe in treating others the way I like to be treated.
- I boost my well-being by … sharing time with family, friends, or even someone I’ve just met. Being outside – nature is a wonderful thing – whether I’m walking, listening, or simply feasting my eyes on the beauty around me
- What makes me laugh is … anything that tickles me! A good laugh, chuckle always lifts my spirits but can be quite deafening for those around me.
- My biggest weakness is … 85% dark chocolate and thankfully not my bladder!
- Introvert or extrovert … I guess I’m a bit of both. I love people, enjoy talking and socializing, but also cherish quiet times spent gardening or reading. My husband always says it amazes him how I can strike up a conversation with someone and talk as if I’ve known them for years. 😊
- Who inspires you the most and why? … My husband, Mick. He is forever optimistic and always finds ways to overcome difficulties. He believes that anything and everything is possible if you are prepared to work hard and dream of its possibilities.
- A piece of advice I’d give to my younger self is … A piece of advice I’d give to my younger self is: Take the time to enjoy each and every day. We all know we should, but it’s easy to get carried away. And look after your skin—otherwise, wrinkles will invite their friends over!
