In The Room With Rash,
Our Digital Marketing Executive

Hi, I’m Rash and I’ve recently joined the marketing team at ellenor to work on the new website. With a background in psychology and a passion for content creation, I’ve spent the last few years crafting digital strategies that connect with people in meaningful ways. I love blending creativity with purpose, especially when it helps tell the stories that really matter. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, going out and about with the kids and indulging in cake far more often than I should. I’m also a big fan of weight training, cooking healthy meals, binge-watching Netflix, and getting stuck into our new allotment, where we’re learning (slowly!) how to grow our own food and appreciate the joy of muddy hands and homegrown veggies!

1. I can’t start my day without … Coffee! I’m quite literally a different person afterwards. There was a time when I didn’t drink caffeine at all but now it’s my little daily ritual that kickstarts everything.

2. My life motto is … The best is yet to come! 😉 I genuinely believe that no matter how good or tough things get, something even greater is always on the horizon.

3. I boost my well-being by …training hard, eating well and keeping a positive mindset (well, trying to anyway)! As a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist who has worked through her own health challenges, I truly believe a healthy mind and body is key.

4. What makes me laugh is … clever one-liners, anything awkwardly relatable (memes) and my 5 year old son – he’s the funniest little human I know!

5. My biggest weakness… is cake! I simply can’t say no! Especially if there’s chocolate involved. It’s all about balance, right?!

6. Who inspires you the most and why? I’m inspired by people who don’t see age as a barrier – those who refuse to define themselves as “too old” to grow, learn or improve. They are the kind of people who take up something new, build strength later in life or simply prioritise their mind and body with purpose. This kind of mindset motivates me and reminds me that you can become the best version of yourself at any stage of life.

7. A piece of advice I’d give to my younger self is … Just start and don’t wait for perfection. You don’t need all the answers before you begin, and failure isn’t something to fear, it’s part of the process. Some of the most valuable lessons only reveal themselves through the mistakes you make along the way.

8. What’s one surprising skill you’ve picked up in your career? Writing! I’m no expert but over the years, through content creation, marketing and even coaching, I’ve learned how powerful words can be, plus how much I enjoy using them!

9. How do you unwind after a long day? With two kids, it’s not easy to find the time to unwind on weekdays (even after they’ve finally gone to bed!) but I try to spend time doing something unproductive, such as scrolling through my phone or planning dream holidays that I may or may not take. I find that exercise or a meditation audio definitely help me feel relaxed afterwards.

10. What’s something you’re excited about right now? Definitely AI, which is something I’ve been using over the last few years in work. I’m loving how fast things are evolving in the digital and tech world, and how much easier and more efficient it can make our tasks. I’m working on making use of AI in my digital projects and feel excited that I’m finally in my sweet spot – doing work I love, with people who get it and building something that genuinely supports families and strengthens our impact in the community.
