Make a referral

Inpatient Ward

We offer support around physical, emotional and spiritual issues as well as supporting families and carers.

Community Services

Providing individualised holistic support and specialist care at home to patients and families facing a life-limiting illness.

Wellbeing Services

Our Wellbeing Team offers practical, emotional, and therapeutic support to patients, carers, families, and bereaved people.

Therapeutic Services

We offer a range of therapeutic services and emotional support including bereavement counselling, music and play therapy, and dedicated family support.

Children's Services

We provide care at home children and provide acute oncology care and end of life care to seriously ill children in their own home.
