Toffee & Dixie’s Very Chewy Christmas Q&A

Toffee & Dixie’s Very Chewy Christmas Q&A
At ellenor, two very special visitors pad in with wagging tails and happy paws. 🐾 Toffee and Dixie, our Pet Therapy dogs, bring cuddles, comfort and plenty of festive cheer to patients, staff and volunteers.

This Christmas they’ve taken a break from biscuit inspecting to answer your festive questions… with a paw-sitive twist!

Q: Your titles please?

A: Co-Chief Cuddle Officers. Deputy Biscuit Inspectors. Heads of Security (for turkey).. Morale Team, Grade A (Tail-Wag Division). Personal Assistants: Karen & Phil. 🐾

Q: Naughty or nice this year?

A: 94% nice. 6% tinsel incident. Still under investigation.

Q: Why do you visit ellenor?

A: Unlimited cuddles, maximum fuss… and the treat jar’s always open

heaven with carpets.

Q: Best part of Christmas visits?

A: Jingly bells, crinkly paper… and snacks that “accidentally fall” off desks.

Q: Festive fashion?

A: Antlers lasted five minutes… mysteriously chewed beyond recognition. Bandanas – still on trend . Elf shoes? No. No. No.

Q: Favourite carol?

A: “Bark the Herald Angels Sing.” Obvious choice. Followed closely by “All I Want for Christmas Is Chew”.

Q: Secret Santa gifts you’re giving?

A: Paw shakes, wagging tails and surprise cuddles. Wrapping paper optional – shredding service included FOC.

Q: Any house rules on treats?

A: Ask first, scoff second. Deny everything.

A: Mince pies left at knee height. Pure torture.

Q: Your Christmas message for ellenor’s patients, families and staff?

Thank you for every smile, every ear scratch and gentle pat, every sneaky treat. Merry Woofmas — we’ll keep the tails wagging.

Q: Final word?

A: Woof. (Translation: Merry Christmas with love from Toffee & Dixie.)
